Who are you Being?

Some of us are leaders and some followers. The difference is weather we entrain to people or people entrain to us. 
The most commonly seen is that we tend to entrain, trying to fit in, have similar conversations, share similar perspectives, have similar problems and so on..
Then the other is more like an invitation. It is where you are as you are and people would like to know your perspective, get curious about your conversation and meet you. It is not dominance over, but being the dominant energy in your life. 
In the former scenario you are abandoning truth and making others greater than you.
In the latter you are steadfast in yourself and being an invitation to others, weather they come to your party or not!
