Healthy Food... Better Thinking!

I have had the pleasure and pain to work with Bodies mine and others.

Pleasure because for me the Body was always intriguing and i saw it as a wonderful gift of wisdom, Intelligence  and Mystery.

Isn't it such a Miracle to have our Bodies, so Intricate and Precise? It gifts us the experience of Life through our senses. The joy of feeling the sun, the breeze, the caring touch , the feel of the grass and touch of those we reach out to 

Pain because, when not honored, our Bodies protest and shout out Loudly, with pain and sickness. It can feel like the one thing that stands between our experience of well being.

Ironically, after working for the Healing and well being for my Body and others, i realized as my personal experience the importance of Approaching Health and Well being more Holistically.

This means we require to take into account the Mental, Emotional and Spiritual aspects ..And,  require to take into account  the Physiological experience through our Nutrition.  For me Nutrition is the Nurturance you provide your Body, the Energy you feed it and by energy i don't mean Kilo Calories, but the subtle aspects of what we consume.

From my perspective Food represents the Connectedness of the Earth , Our Enviroment, Nature with ourselves.
If we Contact that which is Whole, Natural and Pure, we may expect to meet with that experience in our Bodies too!
This knowing and search for Experiencing it myself , led me to Some wonderful People committed to Health and Well being of the Planet.
