What do you define as Low Energy?

Someone asked me about Being Born with Low energies physically and emotionally.
My first question is What have you defined as low energy?
Having asked that , what if we considered this: 
A person is born with some conditioning that they experience as their life and living. The womb environment, the process of birth and those around you are a contributing factor. 
Are you mimicking someone in your family? 
Perhaps at some level you do not feel in charge of your Life. 
What Infinite supply Life force energy are you refusing, shielding against or not receiving.
Wonder if you integrated all aspects of you that you haven't considered what can be possible?!
