I often hear people Upset, Sad and Unworthy of the constant Negative thinking and trying desperately to think Positive Now, the intentions are noble and so are the incessant and well meaning advisers.
Here are some basic misconceptions that require to Be cleared..

-You cannot use the Mind against the Mind!
Most people tirelessly and Hopelessly strive to think positive which is the function of the small part of the Brain, They are defeated mercilessly with the impulses and conditioning of the most part of it and are usually further depressed and hence more "Negative" at the end of it.
A lot of people make the exercise a very Mental one, which means only at the Level of the mind thereby Negating what they Truly feel and the Energy of the source of it remains unaddressed.
We require to Consider that Unless we change the Energy of what Created a particular Pattern of thought process Requires to Be Uncreated, Transformed so that we can function from the Most Creative and Life supporting Thought process which, is not really a Thought but a state of Having No Reference Point that you keep going back to to Validate the Limitation you experience.
Ultimately we also require to recognize that essentially there is no "Negative" and "Positive" Our Judgement and wrongness of it keeps us stuck with what we can change with Ease.
So, Be easy on your self You are not wrong or Less You are simply breaking The Barriers of Judgment including self Judgement.
